United Way of Erie County hiring Community School Directors for Erie High School

, our fantastic partner in the community model that has been so successful at all of our elementary and middle schools, is now hiring Community School Directors that will make up the team at Erie High School!
 
Erie High United Way Community School Directors (CSD) are an important part of the building’s leadership team. They will work closely with the principal and other lead staff to guide ongoing supports, assess resources and develop an action plan to break down and remove nonacademic barriers to learning. By removing these barriers, students are set up for success academically ... and in life. Each director will have a focus area following the guiding pillars of United Way's Community School Model.
 
There are three openings for Erie High Community School Directors. Each director will have a focus area following the guiding pillars of United Way‘s Community School Model:
• Positive Environment for Wellness and Learning
• Expanded Learning and Extracurricular Opportunities
• School Transitions and Life Preparedness
Starting salary for all positions: $60,000
Requirements:
• Three to five years’ experience in management or leadership
• Must be able to pass required federal and state clearances
